tu666 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tu666 platform, accessible at tu666.ws and any associated sub-domains, mobile applications, or mirror sites operated by tu666. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion, you agree unconditionally to these Terms in their entirety.

1.4 These Terms are governed in accordance with applicable principles of international online gaming law. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between tu666 and any Player.

1.5 Any failure by tu666 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.

2.1 The tu666 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a condition of account registration and use that the Player is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. tu666 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

2.2 By registering an account on tu666, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing wagers or conducting transactions on the platform;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under international anti-money laundering standards, unless you have disclosed this status to tu666 prior to registration;

2.3 tu666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Player's relationship with the platform, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or during any routine compliance review. 2.4 Where tu666 reasonably suspects that a Player is under 18 years of age, the platform will immediately suspend the relevant account pending verification. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any net deposits made during the period of suspected underage use will be refunded to the payment source where operationally possible.

2.5 Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing the tu666 platform on shared or family devices. tu666 recommends the use of reputable parental control software as an additional safeguard.

3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on tu666 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where tu666 identifies that a Player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number and email address. This information is used for account security, identity verification, and payment processing purposes.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tu666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.4 Players must notify tu666 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account. Notification should be made via the live chat function or by email to the support address published on the platform.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

tu666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. The documents typically required are:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence;
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months and bearing your registered address in Bangladesh;

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with tu666's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

4.4 Processing times for withdrawal requests are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically 5–30 minutes after approval for verified accounts;
• Rocket and Upay: typically 30 minutes to 2 hours after approval;
• Bank transfers (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): typically 2–24 hours after approval, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.5 tu666 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction or ৳200,000 per calendar month. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be held for up to five (5) business days. Players will be notified promptly and asked to provide any additional documentation required.

4.6 Players must not use the tu666 platform as a financial intermediary. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, and then withdrawing those funds, constitutes misuse of the payment infrastructure and may result in account suspension. A minimum wagering turnover equivalent to one (1) times the deposited amount must be demonstrated before a withdrawal of unplayed deposit funds is approved.

5.1 tu666 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x depending on the promotion type.

5.3 Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution;
• Sports betting pre-match markets: 100% contribution on selections with minimum odds of 1.50;

5.4 tu666 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a promotion where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, using arbitrage strategies to guarantee a profit from bonus wagering, or coordinating play with other Players to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.

5.5 Promotional bonuses have an expiry period, typically fourteen (14) days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus balance and expiry dates within their account dashboard.

5.6 tu666's seasonal promotions — including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh reload offers, BPL cricket tournament prizes, and Victory Day special events — are available exclusively to Players who have a fully verified account in good standing at the time of the promotion's launch date.

6.1 By using the tu666 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You further agree not to engage in any conduct that may harm tu666, its staff, other Players, or the integrity of the games and markets available on the platform.

6.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tu666 platform:

• Creating more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any artificial intelligence system to place wagers, collect odds data, or exploit platform functionality;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit live dealer tables, or guarantee bonus profits through coordinated wagering;

• Using funds deposited on tu666 for purposes of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other purpose prohibited under international anti-money laundering standards;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tu666 staff, live dealer personnel, or other Players through any communication channel;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or support communications.

6.3 tu666 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, tu666 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account, void all or selected wagers, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue recovery of any losses caused to tu666 through civil or other legal processes.

7.1 A Player may close their account at any time by contacting tu666 customer support via live chat or the published support email address. Upon receipt of a closure request, tu666 will process the closure within two (2) business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure being confirmed, provided all pending KYC requirements have been satisfied.

7.2 tu666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider;
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under tu666's Responsible Gaming framework;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring closure.

7.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, tu666 reserves the right to forfeit any promotional balances, free spin winnings, or bonus-derived funds held in the account. Verified net cash deposits (funds deposited by the Player that have not been wagered or paid as winnings) will be returned unless the closure is the result of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity, in which case all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

7.4 Players who have self-excluded from the platform may not attempt to re-register during their self-exclusion period. tu666 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration by self-excluded Players, but Players bear primary responsibility for complying with their own self-exclusion election.

8.1 The tu666 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. tu666 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond tu666's reasonable control (including telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages) may result in temporary unavailability.

8.2 tu666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their tu666 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

8.3 tu666 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tu666 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tu666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8.5 Gaming carries financial risk. Players accept that they may lose some or all funds wagered on the tu666 platform. tu666 does not guarantee winnings or the continuity of any particular game's availability. Players are encouraged to wager only funds they can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools provided within their account settings.

8.6 Any dispute regarding a specific wager outcome, game result, or transaction must be raised with tu666 customer support within thirty (30) days of the event in question. Claims submitted outside this window may be declined on grounds of lateness. tu666 will investigate all disputes in good faith and communicate a determination within ten (10) business days of receipt.

8.7 These Terms, together with any promotion-specific terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between tu666 and the Player with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.
